APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, please inform the spa reception at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel in time will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged.
PUNCTUALITY
We recommend arriving at the Beauty area 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure the treatment starts on time. In case of delay, the treatment will end at the scheduled time to avoid affecting the next guest. The full cost of the treatment will still be charged.
